Not hearing your voice
Means I am not hearing my thoughts.

Not seeing your smile
Means I miss my happiness.

Not tasting your kiss
Means I am without rapture.

Not being wrapped in your arms
Means I am vulnerable.

Not saying I love you
Means I am lying to myself.

Congrats on your poetry – very good work and inspirational too.

  2. Natasha,

I define poetry as the language of the soul. And to me this poem epitomizes the idea extremely well.

You are definitely skilled and talented!

This one is particularly powerful. I’m feeling the words. Might even make a nice greeting card under the theme of “missing you.”
